Asfplant Celebrates Its Annual Associations Day, Addressing Present and Future Challanges of the Sector
On November 14, Asfplant celebrated its Association Day in Alzira. The event, originally scheduled for 2024 but cancelled due to the DANA weather disaster, brought together members for a day of informative presentations focused on key issues affecting the sector.
The program featured discussions on topics such as plant health, technological innovation, the training of future industry professionals, and their integration into the workforce. In addition, Asfplant held its traditional awards ceremony, recognizing member companies for their long-standing commitment to the association, followed by the annual members' lunch.
Throughout the morning, attendees also had the opportunity to visit an exhibition area showcasing products and services from member companies specializing in technology and innovation.
The event took place at Sala Rex in Alzira with the support of Caixa Popular, the Asfplant Foundation, and the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries.
Recognition of Long-Standing Member Companies
A highlight of the event was the presentation of awards to companies that have maintained a strong and lasting relationship with Asfplant. The following companies were recognized in 2024 for celebrating 30 years of membership (1994–2024):

Although not all award recipients were able to attend the ceremony, the recognition highlighted their valuable contribution to the development and strength of the horticultural sector over the past three decades.
